A word from Lisa G…
“Welcome to bounti Ballito: where fitness, well-being, and feeling good from the inside out are the foundations of our journey. I am Lisa Gardner, also known as Lisa G, LiLi and Lis. Let me share with you how my own transformation led me on this incredible path.
In 2018, I embarked on my bounti journey right in the comfort of my lounge, armed with Lisa Raleigh's first Spring Rebounder and a few instructional downloads. At that time, I was already engaged in personal training, focusing heavily on strength and HIIT workouts. While I was diligent, I often found myself stiff and in pain from overworking and heavy lifting.
Everything changed when I discovered rebounding. This form of training completely shifted my perspective on health and fitness. I started training with Lisa Raleigh at the martial arts hall in Parkhurst, and from that moment, I never looked back. Rebounding became the sole focus of my workouts, and I have never felt stronger, fitter, or more toned and conditioned in my body. But, it's not just the physical transformation that matters to me. It's what rebounding has done for my mind, spirit, and confidence.
The profound impact rebounding had on my life inspired me to take it a step further. I decided to pursue my bounti Instructor's Course with Lisa Raleigh, and become an official bounti instructor, joining a remarkable team. This journey pushed me to new limits, challenging me on every level — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
As fate would have it, this journey led me to the breathtaking North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, with its abundance of natural beauty and sunshine. It is with immense honour and overwhelming gratitude that I introduce bounti Ballito by Lisa G.
