Returns & Exchanges

Please note, when logging a return or exchange, you can expect to receive a response within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days following the notice of refund. 

Please refer to our Returns Policy for more detailed information. You will be responsible for all courier charges associated with an exchange or return, and a R150 re-stocking fee will be applicable. Solely in the event of a product arriving with a defect or malfunctioning within the warranty period, shall we bear the associated courier costs.
